Been a while since I've seen movie this disturbing, sad, frustrating, suspenseful, beautifully shot, and well-acted. In other words, been a while since I've seen one this good.
One teensy complaint though- Why do Korean women (in movies) always scream this irritating, blood-curdling scream when confronted about some horrifying event that happened in the past? Is that a cultural thing or some sort of Korean acting technique? Does this happen in real life? I ask because I have seen it in a few Korean movies.
